Our latest project on Union Street involved extensive renovation works, uniting two neighbouring terraces into a single, sculptural residence.

The original terrace house renovation, built by Ambient, formed the foundation for this bold transformation.

Designed around a striking central swimming pool, the home now flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces — the pool acting as both a visual anchor and a serene retreat.

Sweeping convex and concave curves define the architecture throughout, adding softness and movement to the clean, modern lines. This is a home where form, function, and a sense of calm all live side by side.
